Set it and forget it! This slow cooker beef stew is the ultimate comfort food with minimal effort.
Toss beef cubes in flour, salt and pepper.
Place potatoes, carrots and onions in the slow cooker.
Add the beef on top.
Mix beef broth with tomato paste and pour over.
Add herbs β thyme, rosemary and bay leaf.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Remove bay leaf, adjust seasoning.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
