This grilled salmon recipe is elegant enough for guests but easy enough for a weeknight dinner.
Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill salmon skin-side down for 6 minutes.
Flip carefully and cook 4-6 more minutes.
Melt butter with garlic, lemon juice and dill.
Drizzle lemon butter sauce over grilled salmon.
Serve with steamed vegetables and rice.
