Nothing beats a homemade burger hot off the grill. These are juicy, flavorful, and so much better than fast food.
Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs and Worcestershire sauce.
Form into 4 equal patties, slightly larger than your buns.
Make a small indent in the center of each patty.
Grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
Add cheese in the last minute of cooking.
Toast the buns on the grill.
Assemble with lettuce, tomato, onion and sauces.
Serve with fries or coleslaw.
