This chocolate lava cake looks impressive but is surprisingly easy to make. The key is timing!
Preheat oven to 425°F. Butter and dust 4 ramekins with cocoa powder.
Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick and pale.
Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
Gently fold in the flour.
Divide batter among ramekins.
Bake for exactly 12 minutes.
Let rest for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.
